Aside from forgetting to add malt to my cookies and cream malt they take no time in taking care of a long line of people. (from out the door to the sidewalk) The place is also very kept neat and tidy. They seem to take pride in what they do and are very respectful. Very pleased

Stopped here on a Sunday evening.  When we pulled up the line was Down the block.  But as noted in previous reviews the staff does a nice job of moving everyone along pretty quickly.  The menu itself is fairly simplistic, which is totally fine if you ask me.

My husband and I each ordered a tornado, which would be soft serve ice cream with candy mix ins.  He had Oreo and I had cookie dough.  The sizing is very generous.  I asked for chocolate ice cream but they were out; understandably as I'm sure it had been a busy Father's Day.  I had vanilla and it was good.  My husband added marshmallow to his and it was delicious, next time I'll be sure to request it as well.  I'd also be interested to try their black raspberry ice cream, it looked amazing.

Of note, they only accept cash so be prepared!  Definitely worth a stop if you're around the clear lake/Ventura area!

Friday night we are leaving a reunion. We had passed this place three times already today.
One person in car mentioned ice cream and that's all it took. Car got whipped around and in we pull.
We could see them cleaning inside.
    "Hurry!"
Luckily we had a half hour before they closed. The six our seven kids cleaning away inside paused as our car load of people sat down.
We had two people help us as we made our selection.
I picked the SMALL tornado. I asked what it was and the one piped up with. " it's like a blizzard but better cause we make it."
His attitude sold me. I got one with chocolate ice cream and cookie dough.
    BOOM
    HOLY. MOLY
We were in way over our heads with the amount of ice cream that came out to us.
Three of us in shock ordering this small. Two others got a malt.
This place is worth the stop. All very kind and helpful and definitely getting your money's worth.

Perfect stop after dinner at the Muskie. The Butter pecan soft serve is amazing. A small cone is around 6 inches of ice cream. They also have a rotating flavor (this time it was tropical storm) in soft serve as well. There is usually a line outside and the ordering system inside is largely chaotic but the end result is worth it. Also it's cash or check only. Picture is of Adley's kid size tropical storm with a butter crunch sprinkle mix on top.
